Fire Truck Parade

A Town tradition and resident favorite every year, the OP Fire De­partment brings Santa Claus all throughout neighborhoods within the Town to ring in the Holiday Season and brighten everyone’s spirits. The parade is typically held on the third Friday in December. The Fire Department will provide more information and a route as the date approaches.

Where to park and watch in order of beginning to end of the parade route:

Clarke House Park - 1039 Kingsley Ave
Orange Park Sports Complex (a.k.a OPAA) - 1101 Gano Ave
Grove Park Elementary - 1643 Miller Street
Somer's Sunshine Park - corner of Gano & DeBarry
First Baptist Church - 1140 Kingsley Ave
Kingsley East River Overlook - corner of Kingsley and River Road
Grassy area behind BestBet - corner of River and Wells
Orange Park Elementary - 1401 Plainfield Ave

*Note: the parade begins and ends at the Fire Station.

* This is not your typical parade. It consists of the Town's emergency vehicles (police, fire and EMS) and Public Works vehicles meandering through the Town's neighborhoods. We do not have floats or vendors.
