Town Clerk

Welcome to the Orange Park Town Clerk’s office! Your Town Clerk is responsible for the legislative branch of your Town government including: Town elections, public record management, and Town Council meetings. The Clerk also acts as executive secretary to the Town Manager, the Mayor and Town Council.

The Town Clerk is the Custodian of Public Records. To submit a records request, email crusso@townop.com or call (904) 278-3011. A request may also be mailed directly to the Clerk's office.

Ms. Russo was named Town Clerk on October 3, 2017.

Ms. Russo began working for the Town in 2015 as an Administrative Assistant. She grew up in Clay County, where she attended Grove Park Elementary, Orange Park Junior High and Orange Park High School.

Ms. Russo holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Professional/Technical Writing from the University of South Florida. She is a member of the Florida Association of City Clerks, the International Institute of Municipal Clerks, and the Florida Municipal Communicators Association.

Ms. Russo obtained designation as a Certified Municipal Clerk from the International Institute for Municipal Clerks in August of 2020.

She and her son, Gavin, currently reside in Clay County.
