Building Inspections for commercial and residential properties within the Town of Orange Park are conducted by Universal Engineering Sciences. All permit applications should be submitted to the Town of Orange Park and our staff will coordinate with Universal Engineering Sciences during the inspection process.
The Town also coordinates electrical permit inspections with JEA for certain types of work. In the event of an emergency involving electric service that occurs after normal business hours, JEA has the authority to inspect the work and restore power.
